I reviewed this, also, for I have a business and I am sure I serve those of the gay community at times knowingly and at times unknowingly but my business is like a restaurant. The nature of my business doesn't in anyway promote a lifestyle that I am in moral conflict with. Whereas a photographer is going to have their pictures being used to promote a certain lifestyl that they have moral issues with. And so I do believe the moral issue is valid in this case. Their business name will be on those pictures and she will have to view and photograph something that they are in moral conflict with. If we follow your logic then a pro-life photographer if requested to photograph a pro-choice gathering of some sort would be forced to photograph it and I see a distinction between a restaurant and a photo studio. A photo studio is more active in the promotion and development of whatever it is photographing whereas a restaurant is not.
Anyways, take care __________________
