Below is a link to go to episode 3 of 13 of a series that is currently being aired on conservative media outlets and free to watch on the internet about a Grandmother who was jailed for religious speech of protest at a homosexual event on the streets of Philadelphia. I think you have to wait till 6 pm tonight to actually watch it but once it has been aired then you can go in and watch anytime.

Grandma Got Run Over by a 'Hate-Crimes' Law - "So, what's the big deal? Aren't "hate-crimes" laws really just aimed at people who commit violent crimes and at extremists like Fred ("God Hates Fags")Phelps?"
By the way Hate Crimes legislation has passed the Senate and the House since democrats have taken majority of the seats. I believe Bush has vetoed such bills and/or has threatened to do so thus stopping it.
